The new SFNB newsletter provides subscribed customers a way to learn more about SFNB products and services. The newsletter relates strategies on managing money, new products and services and answers to commonly asked questions. Customers can receive this e-mail newsletter every few months. SFNB customers have access to multiple SFNB accounts online including deposit accounts and credit cards, as well as tools and calculators to help plan their financial goals.

Shortfalls:

SFNB enables customer to open a new account with initial funding from a credit card, but does not enable new accounts to be funded with money from an existing deposit account held at another bank. The bank could enhance customer information by providing year-to-date interest earned information online.
